Terms & Conditions

This EOI is strictly issued in accordance with the following terms and conditions and only grants the holder of the EOI access to the vendor’s launch event during the allotted time slot. It does not guarantee or offer any immovable property.
Completion and payment of the EOI amount is only to facilitate and secure access to the sales launch event at available slots.
Access to the launch event will be provided only to the EOI holder with a valid ID proof/passport. EOIs are non-transferable and cannot be gifted. If a representative of the EOI holder wants to attend the event, a valid and notarized power of attorney to represent him with authority to purchase property is required from the holder of the EOI.
Launch time slots will be limited to 20 minutes and will be used for deciding on the specific unit, completing the down payment, signing a reservation agreement, and completing any other paperwork. The slot, once allotted, cannot be changed.
Once the unit and price are mutually agreed upon, the reservation agreement is signed, and EOI holder will then have 14 days to sign the sales and purchase agreements and submit any related cheques and payments.
Please note that once a unit is selected and the necessary reservation agreement is signed, the EOI amount will be non-refundable and will be credited towards the reservation agreement amount.
In case of non-selection of a property unit, the EOI amount will be fully refundable without any deduction. However, to request a refund, you will be required to call the customer care hotline at 8003423 and provide the EOI tracking number and details. Refunds will be processed within a maximum of three weeks from the date of the request and will be made to the same bank account or debit/credit card used at the time of EOI registration.

It does not offer or oblige the parties to enter into any agreements. Its purpose is solely to register the prospective buyer’s interest in the project and subject to availability grant them access to the launch event. Therefore, any property or project details presented or made available by any representative are subject to change and may not match the terms of any final agreement (reservation agreement or sale purchase agreement) if you decide to enter one. Ramhan Development LLC (part of Eagle Hills Group) makes no representation that it will enter into a legally binding agreement with the prospective buyer and reserves the right to end discussions without incurring any liabilities. Any dispute related to EOI is subject to the courts in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
